We have recently found a Funder that can provide

Equity Funding of up to 95% of finance.

The senior funding is of course still required.

 

The Equity funding is based on the developers having a successful and an established track record,

providing 5% of costs and a profit of 20% +.

 

They seek between 30% and 50% of the profit after all costs including interest, with an interest coupon to be agreed for the funds ,but rolled up .

 

The minimum amount is £500,000 and maximum £5million .

 

They have also provided funding to date in Spain and other locations but only to substantial companies.

 

A decision to accept or not is provided in days,

with completions normally within 8 weeks.
