Who wants to live where?
Germans mainly search the island of Mallorca and specifically in municipalities such as Deya, Canyamel, Cala d'Or, Santanyi or Cala Ratjada. In these areas the Germans demand more housing than the Spanish. In fact, more than 60% of visits to properties advertised on idealista and located in Cala d'Or, Cala Ratjada and Santanyi correspond to residents of Germany.
