Hi, welcome to our first blog. Its July 2020 and we are just coming out of lock down here in the UK, my colleague in Madrid is slightly ahead of me and already been enjoying bars and going to the beach. News is the property industry is having a mini boom for construction companies in the UK but Spain is still tip toeing back to normality; except for interest in key ready new houses around the 400,000 Euros upward sector. But the smart money is already on the up turn in both Countries.
